•  I placed my order with COD options, however, I have not received any update regarding its Shipping?

Ans. For all orders, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and Whatsapp. In case you have not received  a confirmation e-mail or Whatsapp message from us, please write to us at _________ and we will be happy to help you!

 

• What are the Shipping Charges on UrbanSundari.in?

Ans. UrbanSundari offers free shipping within India on all prepaid orders.

We charge:

- An additional Rs 99 for all COD orders.

 

• How Long Will it Take to receive the ordered products?

Ans. We attempt to process and ship every order within 72 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

 

•  I've already returned a product and got it exchanged for another. Can I return exchanged product again?

Ans. No, we can only exchange or return a particular product once.

 

• What should be done if my package is opened or tampered with or if I receive an incorrect product?

Ans. If the shipment you have received has been tampered with or incorrect please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please send us an image of the tampered shipment so we can take further action.

• What Delivery methods do you use?

Ans. We use leading courier companies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart and many others for shipment in India.

 

• What is our return policy?

Ans. We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, we’ll be happy to take it back. All products bought can only be returned for 100% Money back Return. In order for products to be returned, they should be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with all tags. Returns will be accepted only within 10 days of delivery of the product. All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges.Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

 

• How do I return products to UrbanSundari?

Ans. You can follow the steps below to place a return for your product:

1.      On our website www.urbansundari.in, click on My profile (top right corner) and Log in with your email and password.

2.      If you don’t have an Urbansundati account, click on Register and register with the email ID you used while making your order. You will get a Confirmation email. You can click on ‘Visit our Store’ there.

3.      Now you can go to My profile (top right corner) and Log in with your email and password.

4.      Scroll down to and click on 'My Returns' under Company.

5.      Enter your Order ID and Email ID, select each of the products you want to return, and confirm.

The product will be picked up from your address within 2-3 business days. Please pack the merchandise with the invoice and the tags intact.

It generally takes 8-10 days for us to receive the product at our warehouse. After a quality check is conducted, we will refund the amount in your wallet in the form of within 2-3 business days.

 

• What is our Exchange Policy

Ans. Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem, we will do an exchange for you. Please follow the process outlined in the return policy and place a new order.

 

• What is our refund policy?

Ans. From the date of return pick up we will take 10 days to process your 100% Money back refund 

 

• Can I cancel my order?

Ans. After placing an order on Urbansundari, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at ______ or call us at ______ with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
